Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

This website is a free, independently published travel-planning guide to Kinderdijk and Zaanse Schans in the Netherlands, operated by ТОВ "ЦЕНТР-ІНВЕСТ-М" (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Ukraine at Україна, 02090, місто Київ, Харківське шосе, будинок 19, офіс 2005. Owner and contact person: СИДОРКІН РУСЛАН. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Informational purpose only

Everything here, including historical details, mill names and functions, transport times, seasonal schedules and National Mill Day dates, is provided for general planning. It is not professional, legal or safety advice. Train timetables, ferry seasons, opening hours, ticket prices and maintenance schedules change without notice, so always confirm time-sensitive details with Kinderdijk, Zaanse Schans, NS, Waterbus or the relevant operator before you travel or book, especially anything involving a tight connection.

3. No booking or transaction role

This site does not sell tickets, tours or accommodation, does not take bookings, holds no money and processes no payments. This site is not operated, endorsed or reviewed by Kinderdijk, Zaanse Schans, the Zaans Museum, NS, Waterbus, De Hollandsche Molen or any tour operator mentioned on its pages. Every link leads to the operator’s own site, and that operator’s terms govern any transaction. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a third party.

4. Accuracy

We aim for factual accuracy and say so when a detail is uncertain, but we make no guarantee that any fact, schedule or price is complete, correct or current after publication. If you find a mistake, please tell us (see Section 11).

5. Acceptable use

• You are welcome to read, bookmark and share links to any page here.
• Do not scrape, republish or redistribute the written content in bulk, present it as your own, or use it to train a competing content product without permission.
• Do not interfere with the site’s security or operation, and do not use bots or scripts to overload it.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site belong to ТОВ "ЦЕНТР-ІНВЕСТ-М" or its licensors. Facts about real places, history and public transport are not owned by anyone, but the specific wording, structure and presentation here are. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Names and marks of third parties belong to their owners and are used for identification only, without implying any affiliation.

7. External links and services

Links to official sites, transport operators and other third parties, and the Google Fonts used for typography, are provided for convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, privacy practices or booking systems of third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed connections, closed attractions, changed prices or any other loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site instead of an operator’s own current, official source. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
